- 5 years experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor, with a focus on similar large scale class a interior fit outs.
- Ability to travel to project job sites within the Raleigh Durham Area - Must be open to an hour radius around the city for future references.
- Local Knowledge of Subs & Market is also important.
- Solid Market Base - $110k-$130k depending on experience
- Strong bonus structure 15-25% of base
