Position Overview
The Project Executive (Healthcare) will lead and oversee healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves strategic planning, coordination with stakeholders, and management of project teams to successfully execute complex healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of healthcare construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and healthcare standards.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably in healthcare projects.
- Certification as a DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America) is preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification is required.
- Experience with LEED AP certification and sustainable building practices.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $240,000 - $275,000
