Salary range: $130,000-$160,000 contingent on experience

Active New York State Bar membership in good standing
4 years of construction law experience in a law firm or comparable environment
Experience with construction contracts, disputes, and related litigation or arbitration
Strong drafting skills for agreements, pleadings, motions, and discovery
Excellent written communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple matters while collaborating with partners and clients Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate construction related agreements and project documents
Assist with and manage construction litigation matters including discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
Advise clients on risk management, contract interpretation, and dispute resolution strategies
Handle mechanic's lien filings, bond claims, and related enforcement actions
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on construction law issues
Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout the lifecycle of matters
