Position Overview
The Construction Administrator - DSA | K-12 is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative aspects of construction projects within the K-12 education sector. This role ensures compliance with DSA regulations and supports project teams in delivering high-quality educational facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks related to construction projects for K-12 schools.
- Ensure compliance with DSA regulations and guidelines throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate communication between contractors, architects, and school district representatives.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts and reports.
- Utilize Revit and Procore software to support project planning and management activities.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction administration, preferably in K-12 projects.
- Familiarity with DSA requirements and regulations.
- Proficiency in Revit and Procore software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
