Position Overview
The Construction Administrator - Public will oversee the administrative aspects of construction projects for public sector clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient project delivery. This role involves coordination with various stakeholders, management of construction documents, and support during field inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process Requests for Information (RFIs) and Submittals to ensure timely project progression.
• Coordinate field inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed construction documents, including contracts and project change orders.
• Facilitate communication between contractors, architects, and government entities to ensure a smooth project flow.
• Conduct field coordination to address any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
• Assist in creating and managing punch lists to ensure all project requirements are completed to satisfaction.
• Support K-12 and other public sector projects, ensuring adherence to government standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction administration, particularly within the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, including RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders.
• Experience with field inspections and construction document management.
• Familiarity with K-12 educational facilities and government project requirements is a plus.
• Proficient in Revit and other construction management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
