Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of HVAC and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to develop commissioning plans.
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve issues during the commissioning process.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols and regulatory standards.
- Document and report findings, including detailed test results and performance evaluations.
- Provide training and support to facility personnel on system operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to facilitate the commissioning process.
- Support system integration efforts and ensure seamless operation of various control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Commissioning Engineer with a focus on HVAC and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and commissioning processes.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and practices.
- Certifications such as Certified Commissioning Authority (CCA) or LEED Accredited are a plus.
- Experience with control systems and automation is desirable.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA codes and standards, as well as industry practices for data centers, cleanrooms, and healthcare facilities.
- Salary: $125K - $160K DOE
