The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and expertise in handling cases related to federal and state banking, creditor rights, and bankruptcy. This role is crucial for providing legal representation to our clients in commercial disputes and ensuring favorable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations in commercial disputes.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant state(s).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state banking laws, creditor rights, and bankruptcy proceedings.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
