What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Attorney position at The Lane Law Firm?
DENIED PROPERTY INSURANCE CLAIMS ATTORNEY
Our longest standing practice area is helping property owners with denied or underpaid property insurance claims. It is a volume litigation practice that continues to grow year after year.
The Firm ranks in the top 5 in Texas as far as volume of these types of cases handed. We practice in all districts in Texas, all out of our Houston office.
We're looking for an attorney who has some litigation experience and wants to manage their own docket of cases.
We offer a path of mentorship and learning the process of litigating against well-funded insurance companies. Our attorneys quickly gain the experience (motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trials) needed to handle cases on their own.
Our Business Model
We've built an in-house marketing team that delivers a steady stream of property owners who request our help. Our intake team handles the client acquisition so our lawyers can focus on practicing law.
We also provide cross-training in our other practice areas, as we believe a well-rounded attorney is a more effective teammate and a better counselor.
