Commercial Litigation Associate

Position Overview

We are an AM law firm seeking a skilled 3rd-6th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a passion for navigating complex legal disputes. This role involves representing clients in various commercial matters and providing strategic legal advice to ensure favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation cases, including trials and hearings
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strategies
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed on case progress and developments
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting commercial litigation
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Delaware Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong understanding of employment disputes, financial disputes, and corporate law
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation cases
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
