Commercial Litigation Associate

Job Title: Sr. Associate or Partner (Business Litigation)
Job Location:  Irvine, CA
Salary: $175,000-$225,000 (Base) | $200,000-$350,00 (Total Comp)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead complex litigation matters across various practice areas including real estate, employment, business, and IP.

• Prepare and present legal reports to clients.

• Conduct depositions, draft motions, discovery responses, and court orders.

• Handle arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparations.

• Build your own book of business

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• J.D. from Accredited Law School
• Barred in CA
• 8 years doing Corporate Litigation
• Nice to have:
  • Partner candidates should have a book of business
  • Familiarity with business torts, contract disputes, copyright/trademark infringement
