Job Title: Civil Superintendent
Job Location: Dallas, TX Beaumont, TX Addison, TX (3 Openings) 
Base Salary: $110K-$150K
Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Superintendent experience on heavy civil construction projects. Experience with Public/Municipal, Industrial, Airport, and/or Marine projects strongly preferred. 

Position Overview:
The Civil Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, particularly in earthwork, grading, utilities, and industrial site preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise civil construction projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate and oversee earthwork, grading, and utility installation activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
• Prepare and submit reports on project status, including financial and scheduling updates

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, and utility installation
• Proven leadership and team management skills
