Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and cost constraints.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, optimizing usage for efficiency.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns and proposed solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on grading, construction, and earthwork.
