Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation
- Prepare and review legal documents and pleadings
- Manage all phases of civil litigation from initial case assessment to trial
- Represent clients in court proceedings and during mediation
- Engage in negotiations to achieve favorable settlements for clients
- Analyze evidence and conduct discovery to build strong cases
- Maintain compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the litigation process
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience as a civil litigation attorney
- Strong skills in legal research and writing
- Excellent negotiation and client representation abilities
- Familiarity with court proceedings and trial preparation
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
