The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and civil litigation and a proven track record in handling cases through trial. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters and to contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, from inception through trial and appeal.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure efficient case management.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records for all cases handled.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership in CO.
- Trial experience
- 4 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
- Previous experience in a federal judicial clerkship is highly preferred.

Salary : $145,000 - $215,000
