Civil Litigation Attorney- Mid-Level

We are seeking a mid to senior-level Associate Attorney to join our commercial and civil litigation practice in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of civil litigation experience, prior federal judicial clerkship, and trial experience. Salary ranges from $145,000 - $215,000 a year. Candidates must currently be licensed to practice in Colorado.

Responsibilities:

· Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

· Research and analyze legal issues

· Conduct discovery and depositions

· Advise clients on legal matters

· Negotiate settlements

· Represent clients in court & trial proceedings

· Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
