We are seeking a skilled Civil Estimator to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed estimates and proposals for civil construction projects.
- Utilize OST software to accurately calculate materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to determine project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget.
- Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and change orders as required.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project costs.
- Participate in project meetings and provide cost analysis and recommendations as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction estimating.
- Advanced knowledge of Sitework, earthwork, UG Utilities, Geotechnical, and Civil Construction.
- Proficient in the use of OST software or similar estimating programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
