What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of company operations, including construction, sales, marketing, finance, and client relations

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Ensure operational excellence across all projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the residential construction industry
• At least 5 years as a second-in-command (COO, VP, or similar) in a homebuilding company
• Proven leadership in managing teams, scaling operations, and delivering high-end residential projects
• Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
