What You'll Do
- Oversee all aspects of company operations, including construction, sales, marketing, finance, and client relations
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and brand reputation
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Ensure operational excellence across all projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company in key partnerships, industry events, and community initiatives
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the residential construction industry
- At least 5 years as a second-in-command (COO, VP, or similar) in a homebuilding company
- Proven leadership in managing teams, scaling operations, and delivering high-end residential projects
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
- Lead a respected custom homebuilder with a legacy of craftsmanship and client care
