Position Overview
The Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care within the unit. This role includes coordinating patient activities, managing staff schedules, and serving as a mentor for junior nurses while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities and staff.
• Ensure patient care is delivered to high standards and in accordance with protocols.
• Assign daily work.
• Assist in staff training and development, providing mentorship to junior nurses.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication and address concerns.
• Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM schedule

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License in good standing.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• (Nice to have) Experience in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) nursing.
