- DAY SHIFT - Monday thru Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines including lathes, mills, and machining centers.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in CNC equipment.
- Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities and scheduling preventive maintenance.
- Conduct inspections and tests on machines to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with production staff to address machine-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on CNC machines.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with machine shop tools and equipment, including grinders, lathes, and presses.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of CNC and machining tools.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Fluency in German is a plus.
