This role is focused on expanding our market presence and driving sales of our advanced building automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in controls and sales, along with a passion for innovative building solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building automation sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on market and customer insights.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote company offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the building controls or automation industry.
- Strong understanding of building automation systems and controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
- Nice to have: Experience in marketing and account development.

Salary : $80,000 - $170,000
