BIM Project Manager

Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced BIM Project Manager where you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee BIM processes for MEP projects including mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM models.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Lead BIM modeling efforts and ensure proper documentation of all designs and changes.
• Conduct regular project coordination meetings to address issues and update stakeholders on project progress.
• Utilize Revit and other BIM software for modeling and designing MEP systems.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in design and construction using BIM tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management, preferably in MEP projects.
• Proficient in Revit and other BIM software tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience in project management with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
