Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal (BILINGUAL - MUST SPEAK SPANISH)
Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA (Chamblee)
Salary: $55-65K base salary
Our team is committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation, and we are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake to trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Coordinate discovery, including document production and preparation for depositions.
- Manage and organize case files, medical records, and evidence.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance companies, and court personnel in both English and Spanish.
- Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, case summaries, and witness lists.
- File court documents electronically and maintain accurate case tracking.
- Ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met to support litigation proceedings
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish
- 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal research tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
