What You'll Do
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources for our local distribution center operations. This strategic, hands-on role supports both union and non-union environments and focuses on driving change, building strong relationships, and delivering business impact. Key responsibilities include partnering with DC leadership on employee engagement and development, managing talent acquisition, performance, compensation, benefits, and compliance, while also coaching leaders, handling investigations, guiding policy updates, and leading HR projects. Experience with workers' comp, FMLA, OSHA reporting, and a commitment to continuous learning is required.
