BAS Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled BAS Project Manager to oversee the execution of building automation system projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee BAS projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Train and support team members on BAS technologies and project best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing building automation projects.
• Proficiency in BAS technologies including ALC, Automated Logic Controls, Tridium, and Distech Controls.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical controls, boilers, and chillers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
