Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager with expertise in PCAOB standards to lead our audit team. The ideal candidate will manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PCAOB audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements
• Review financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with clients to understand their business and provide tailored audit solutions
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PCAOB regulations, SEC requirements, and industry trends
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Assist in business development efforts and client relationship management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification is required
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience with a focus on PCAOB
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations and reporting requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Japanese or Korean languages is a plus
