Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our audit team and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and will be responsible for overseeing audit processes, managing client relationships, and providing strategic guidance to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on auditing standards and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
