Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on auditing standards and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : $110,000 - $180,000
