Summary Pay Range: $73,650 - $112,950

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform audits of policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance to program/contract, company, customer/government, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements.
- Conduct research and use benchmarking to industry standards.
- Conduct quality system / process reviews, provide customer interface, and ensure preventive and corrective action.
- Review products, processes, equipment, and measurement systems.
- Develop or utilize statistical process improvement methods.
- Provide technical expertise to company employees,suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensures compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements to assure quality system compliance.
- Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in Quality, in a Specialist, Quality Engineer or Management role
- Must be proficient in Microsoft products such as Power Point, Excel, and Word
- Must have good communication skills
- Basic Engineering Blueprint/Specification understanding
- Experience working across departments and/or with suppliers
- High School Diploma or GED
- Candidate must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
- 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
- Proficient in root cause analysis methodology
- Experience in AS9100 or NADCAP Audits
- CATIA/VWI knowledge
- RCCA experience
- Experienced desired with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and team-based environment
- Ability to prioritize requests from multiple sources and support requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- DoD Clearance
