We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. The Audit Manager will lead audit engagements, manage audit teams, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Oversee audit teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality audit processes.
- Review and assess audit work papers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients, highlighting risks and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in auditing.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit services.
- Proven experience in managing audit teams and engagements effectively.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
