We Are Seeking Strong Attorneys With Workers Comp Defense Background. Depending On The Candidate's Preference, We Are Hiring Remotely For The Following
- Case Handling Non-Litigation: will analyze the workers' compensation legal file, work on the cases, and provide written progress reports that detail all analyses, actions, and suggestions.
- Appearance Coverage Attorney: will show up for hearings, depositions, or trials and will promptly inform the client of the outcome after the appearance.
- Workers Compensation Defense experience (3 years)
- Juris Doctorate from accredited university
- California State Bar license
- Case Management software experience
