This role focuses on foundational estate planning, advanced estate planning, and complex tax planning matters for high net worth families, closely held businesses, and charitable organizations, with meaningful client interaction and long term professional development. Salary range: $180,000-$235,000
Quarterly performance bonus eligibility

J.D. from an accredited law school with active California Bar admission in good standing
Minimum of three years of estate planning experience
Strong drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
Solid understanding of estate, gift, and income tax principles
LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning or meaningful tax law background preferred
Broad understanding of corporate matters impacting closely held businesses
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and firm leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and collaborative mindset ResponsibilitiesHandle advanced estate and income tax planning matters for high net worth clients
Draft customized foundational and advanced estate planning documents
Advise clients on the structure and implementation of revocable and irrevocable trusts
Conduct legal research on estate planning, tax, and related issues
Review, update, and coordinate template documents and internal procedures
Collaborate with the firm's marketing team to support business development initiatives
Maintain a reasonable annual billable hour expectation of approximately 1,600 hours
