Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on complex litigation matters across various practice areas.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on legal developments and trends that may impact cases.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 5 years of experience in complex litigation and related practice areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in client management and relationship building.

Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
