Established (25 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Commercial Litigation Attorney for Complex Business and Commercial Litigation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
An established firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with over 25 years in practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Commercial Litigation Attorney will have experience handling complex business disputes, breach of contract matters, shareholder litigation, and commercial torts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while representing clients in sophisticated litigation matters.
Salary range: $125,000-$165,000 contingent on experience
Annual discretionary bonus eligibility

CLE and bar dues reimbursement
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
3 years of commercial or business litigation experience
Experience handling cases through discovery, motion practice, and depositions
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience working directly with business clients
Responsibilities:
Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documentation
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and briefs
Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on case strategy
Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and risk assessment
