Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior attorneys in preparing for court cases and legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Represent clients in administrative hearings and court appearances
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary evidence
- Attend depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting municipal and civil litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the state bar association
- Litigation experience, preferably in municipal or civil law
- Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
