The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and maintain an active license in good standing with The Florida Bar.The candidate must have at least two years of relevant experience, with four to ten years preferred.A Tax LL.M. is favored due to the complexity of trust arrangements and high-dollar matters.The candidate must be computer literate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in person. Applications without experience or Florida Bar admission will not be considered. Responsibilities:
The attorney will focus on wills, trusts, estate and guardianship administration and litigation, with litigation as the primary focus.The attorney will manage complex cases, develop strategies for resolution, and maintain strong client relationships. The attorney will prepare and draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court proceedings.The attorney will work collaboratively with the team and demonstrate leadership within the community.
