- Must be admitted to practice in ME, with admission in other New England states preferred
- 2 years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability
- Experience with motion practice and depositions
- Capable of independent work
- Superior research and writing skills
- Handle local and national accounts throughout New England states, including Maine
- Independently manage a litigation caseload
- Conduct depositions
- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
- Review and analyze discovery requests
- Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings
- Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing
- Trial preparation and support
- Maintain accurate time records
