We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our law firm, specializing in fiduciary litigation and estate planning. The ideal candidate will provide legal support to our clients, assist in case management, and contribute to the overall success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning and fiduciary litigation.
- Assist senior attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients under the supervision of senior attorneys.
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation of legal proceedings.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas State Bar license.
- Experience or internship in fiduciary litigation or estate planning preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
