Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid WFO/WFA role as an Associate Attorney based in Austin offering great flexibility. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, research and analytical skills and will be ready to quickly learn and assume legal drafting and litigation responsibilities in a diverse range of matters. We are seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and solid writing ability who is comfortable working both remotely and in a collaborative office setting. Advanced knowledge and comfort in using technology is an absolute necessity.
You will be solving problems, reviewing and drafting agreements, working on acquisition deals and actively litigating cases. This is a terrific opportunity for an individual with an engaging personality and strong work ethic who will benefit from working closely with talented colleagues and an amazing clientele. We are in an exciting phase of growth and are immediately seeking an enthusiastic attorney to join our team.
Pay is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
