Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located at our Austin, TX, office. The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload of immigration law, drafting legal documents, preparing and filing applications and petitions, and conducting case research. The role also involves collaborating with clients to develop effective legal strategies, staying updated on changes in immigration law and policy, and ensuring compliance with all necessary legal procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in business immigration
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in client communication, case management, and problem-solving
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a diverse team
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and member of good standing in a U.S. state bar association
