- Collaborate with other legal professionals to strengthen case outcomes
- Jurisdictional license to practice law
- Proven experience as a Workers Compensation Attorney or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent litigation and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a high caseload and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities
