An established California education law firm with over 50 years in practice is seeking an Education Law Attorney with 5 years of experience to join its Students and Special Education practice. This hybrid role is based in Long Beach and supports school districts statewide.

Offer:
Salary range: $150,000-$175,000 depending on experience

Qualifications:
5 years of litigation or administrative hearing experience with education law or public entities
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Experience with discovery, pleadings, and administrative proceedings
Active California Bar admission in good standing
Responsibilities:
Representing public education clients in student and special education matters
Handling administrative hearings, mediations, and related litigation
Preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery
Advising clients on compliance and student-related issues
