Established (20 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Construction Law in Liverpool, NY
An established firm based in Liverpool, NY with over 20 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with construction law, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
Offer
Salary range: $95,000-$125,000, contingent on experience
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with firm match
CLE and bar dues covered
Qualifications
Candidates must be licensed in New York and in good standing.
Experience in construction litigation, contract disputes, and risk management is preferred.
Strong Writing And Oral Advocacy Skills Are Required.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently is essential.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in construction-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Draft and negotiate construction contracts and related documents.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.
