Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for PreK and K-12 educational projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and educational stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards regarding educational facilities.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential project delays or issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management of architectural projects
- Full benefits package, 401K, etc.

- Flex schedule: Expected 3x in the office per week and we have a very flexible/open schedule with every other Friday off

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
