Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee and lead complex projects within the education sector, particularly focusing on K-12 initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting the needs of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, educators, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in project execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational systems and requirements.
• Proven experience in managing projects involving architectural design and implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
