Location: Denton, TX, USA(weekly hybrid opening)
Salary: $100K -$140K base (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Architect/Project Manager to lead and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring design excellence and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and detailed work plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 7  years  of relevant experience 
• Licensed Architect with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in commercial architecture with a strong portfolio.
• Project management experience with a PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of LEED and sustainable design practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
