Architectural Professional
This office specializes in retail market projects, supply‑chain sector facilities, and commercial building design. The team is recognized for delivering creative, innovative, and cost‑effective solutions for clients nationwide.
We are seeking a highly skilled architectural professional with strong BIM and AutoCAD capabilities, and demonstrated experience producing construction documents for structural steel–framed buildings, tilt‑wall concrete, insulated metal panel (IMP) systems, and/or commercial masonry facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior staff to meet project and program requirements
- Research and interpret jurisdictional zoning regulations, site planning standards, and building codes
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
- Monitor work progress and communicate production expectations to senior staff
- Prepare design drawings, BIM models, and project specifications as directed
- Coordinate tenant‑interior documents with core-and-shell design packages
- Integrate architectural models with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Develop architectural details required for construction documentation
- Participate in technical discussions with contractors, consultants, project teams, and clients
- Prepare and submit documents for plan review and permitting
- Respond to plan review comments, RFIs, and construction submittals
- Review and understand project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Conduct on‑site construction observations to verify compliance with contract documents
- Travel to project sites as needed
Required Skills
- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCAD

- Hand sketching (intermediate level)
- Building codes and life-safety standards
- BIM workflows and coordination
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Architectural License required
- LEED AP or NCARB certification preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced construction detailing and construction specifications experience
- Strong understanding of building codes
- Industrial warehouse and distribution facility experience preferred (IMP walls, freezer/cooler environments, or cross‑dock facilities)
- Minimum 6 years professional experience in an architecture firm preferred
- Minimum 10 years hands‑on production experience preferred
- PEMB (Pre‑Engineered Metal Buildings) experience a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $94000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
