Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving efficiency in our processes. The ideal candidate will lead a team and contribute to the strategic planning and financial health of the organization. Excellent benefits are offered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure proper management of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to streamline purchasing and payment processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Conduct reconciliations of accrued accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience with accounts payable, procurement, and financial reconciliations is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
