The Account Executive for Commercial Flooring will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with clients in the commercial flooring sector. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the commercial flooring industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Provide expert advice on commercial flooring products and solutions to clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Proven experience in commercial flooring sales or related construction sales environment.
- Strong understanding of end-user sales and general contractor (GC) sales processes.
- Excellent territory management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Base Salary: $70K-$110K
- OTE: 150K-250K
