Job Title Senior Lease Manager Job Description Summary Responsible for the management of the Property Management staff as well as to oversee a significant portfolio or property and to serve as a point person on third-party relationships Job Description Senior Lease Manager (Australian Citizens Only) Location: Canberra preferred; also open to Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane About the Role We are seeking a Senior Lease Manager to oversee and manage complex lease portfolios across multiple clients within our Integrated Portfolio Management team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and performance of lease administration activities while partnering closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, agents, solicitors, and client groups. You will provide expert lease interpretation, manage workflow approvals, support transaction activities, and ensure high‑quality reporting and data integrity across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lease Administration — Oversee WIP, debtors reporting, CPI/fixed increases, lease obligation summaries, and data accuracy across systems. Invoice & Expenditure Management — Approve workflows, manage exceptions, review rent rolls, reconcile outgoings, and ensure timely payments. Revenue Tenant Management — Review revenue rent rolls, manage recharges, follow up arrears, and support year‑end reconciliations. Lease Interpretation & Compliance — Interpret lease obligations, review compliance certificates, and ensure adherence to client and legal requirements. Transaction Support — Coordinate renewals, options, new tenants, and surrenders in collaboration with solicitors and leasing teams. Portfolio Support — Assist with annual budgets, utility connections/disconnections, and escalations. Stakeholder Engagement — Liaise with landlords, agents, solicitors, internal teams, and client groups to ensure seamless service delivery.
