Job Description Facility Manager Location: Campbelltown - Private Hospital Full Time | Integrated Facilities Management What You’ll Be Doing Managing day‑to‑day FM operations including planned maintenance, reactive works and soft services coordination Leading contractor performance, scheduling, supervision and quality assurance Ensuring WHS compliance, inductions, risk assessments and safe work practices Monitoring performance, work orders, compliance tasks and reporting Preparing monthly performance reports, maintenance summaries and defect logs Managing site‑level budgets, invoices, variations and procurement Coordinating shutdowns, inspections and business continuity planning Building strong relationships with hospital leaders and clinical teams Supporting a culture of safety, service excellence and continuous improvement What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar FM role Experience in complex environments — hospital or clinical facilities highly regarded Strong understanding of building services, infrastructure and maintenance delivery Proven contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage risk, compliance and operational performance Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving capability Trade or engineering qualifications (electrical/mechanical) highly regarded Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
