Reporting to the Bid Director, you’ll lead the end-to-end bid process—from strategy development and stakeholder engagement to final submission and review. Your scope will include: Developing win strategies and bid content aligned with client needs Managing bid timelines, resources, and compliance with governance processes Collaborating with subject matter experts across the business Presenting bid components to clients and supporting contract reviews Driving innovation and continuous improvement in bid quality and delivery Supporting the development of operational playbooks and client collateral About You We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bid Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
